Recently, a quick-service restaurant in Los Angeles known as Bored & Hungry became the first entity to take its name from a Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT. The people responsible for that entity are putting up another NFT-themed restaurant. Snoop Dogg, a rapper, and NFT lover, is in charge.
Snoop, whose real name is Calvin Broadus Jr., has given the online persona he uses at the Bored Ape Yacht Club the name Dr. Bombay. One of the most popular Ethereum NFT collections is the Bored Ape Yacht Club. It spans the Ethereum network and comprises 10,000 different avatars that resemble tired cartoon apes. The collaborative efforts of the NFTs have created more than $2.1 billion worth of secondary market trading activity to this point.
The NFT holders of The Bored Ape Yacht Club, founded by the company Yuga Labs and is a startup, have permission to monetize their photographs. As a result, the Bored Apes brand is under use for various items. Some of the uses include packaging for garments, beer, and marijuana. The rapper also asserts that he is the same person who uses the alias Cozomo de’ Medici on Crypto Twitter. Cozomo de’ Medici is an NFT collector who boasts a valuable millions-dollar collection. Some of his fine collections include CryptoPunks, Art Blocks, and XCOPY pieces. Cordell Broadus, son of Snoop Dogg, goes by Champ Medici on Twitter. Broadus is also participating in the restaurant project and uses the same handle.
