X’s London lawsuit seeks £207,384 back from six crypto accounts it says gamed payouts

X sued two of its users in London, claiming they ran a coordinated network of Bitcoin-focused accounts that drew £207,384, or about $277,000 from its Creator Revenue Sharing program.

X Internet Unlimited Company and X Corp brought the claim in the Business and Property Courts of England and Wales.

Three accounts allegedly answered one post within 31 seconds

The claim names Vivek Kumar Sen and Zamyang Sherpa and “persons unknown” who are said to have helped run the accounts. X lodged the particulars of claim on Sept. 17 under case number BL-2026-001161.

X also wants at least £75,000 ($100,000) for investigation, analysis, remediation, and prevention costs, a figure it says could rise since the full amount isn’t known yet.

X, which Elon Musk’s xAI acquired in a $33 billion deal last year, is suing on grounds of deceit, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and unlawful means conspiracy.

It also claims interest under section 35A of the Senior Courts Act 1981 and costs. None of the allegations has been tested in court.

There are six principal handles in the claim. They are @Vivek4real_, @Bitcoin_Teddy, @saylordocs, @TrendingBitcoin, @Kalshibacktest, and @PolyBackTest.

The filing connects payment info for the first three to Sen and the other three to Sherpa. Annex A adds @BTC_Vibes, @MrSuperBitcoin, and @Laserlump, accounts X says were repeatedly liked, replied to, and reposted the primary accounts’ posts.

On Aug. 13, @Vivek4real_, @saylordocs, and @Bitcoin_Teddy allegedly responded to the same third-party post within 31 seconds.

@Vivek4real_ and @TrendingBitcoin allegedly tweeted almost the same thing 11 seconds apart on Aug. 5. The claim also points to similar posts on July 23, July 26, and Aug. 3.

Filing ties a “Stefan Mann” Stripe account to Sen’s bank

X says the operators hid behind separate financial accounts. According to the filing, the Stripe account tied to @Bitcoin_Teddy was registered to “Stefan Mann,” but the bank account tied to it was in Sen’s name, and the email address tied to it pointed to him.

The defendants used overlapping devices, software clients, cookies, and other identifiers, X says.

The payout schedule in the filing records £74,332.44 for @Vivek4real_, £49,441.91 for @saylordocs, and around £50,065 for @Bitcoin_Teddy, plus a smaller sum paid in Paraguayan guaraní.

@TrendingBitcoin drew £22,938.35, @PolyBackTest £6,705.25, and @Kalshibacktest £3,490.71.

Creator Revenue Sharing paid creators partly based on how much engagement their posts received. Entry required X Premium, more than five million organic impressions over three months, and more than 500 verified followers.

The new sign-ups ceased Aug. 7, and current participants could continue earning through Sept. 7, with X planning a final payout around Sept. 11.

X said it suspended the accounts on Aug. 18, citing coordinated revenue-sharing fraud and platform manipulation. A month later, it sued.

Creator Revenue Sharing was replaced by Original Content Rewards around Sept. 7. It links payouts to qualified impressions from Premium subscribers and omits fraudulent, paid, or artificially generated impressions.

Cryptopolitan reported that X, under product head Nikita Bier, spent much of 2026 stiffening rules around crypto spam and engagement farming.
