The brokerage accounts are held by The Trump Organization. The trades are selected by third-party institutions and Trump or his family has no involvement, the company says.
Trump, unlike former presidents, never put his portfolio in a blind trust so he can see what his managers buy and sell, Cryptopolitan reported.
Cryptopolitan reported in July that at least 44 purchases were made across 21 companies about a week before Trump praised the firm or its products.
August was slower than previous months which often saw more than 1,000 trades. His disclosures now encompass more than 9,200 transactions from January to August.
According to Cryptopolitan, first-quarter filings alone included over 3,700 transactions valued between $220 million and $750 million. US presidents can buy and sell stocks while in office, provided they report the trades.
