TRON meme coin launches on SunPump are increasing rapidly

Over 1000 meme coins have been created on SunPump every day since its launch. As of 18th August, 4844 tokens were launched on the platform bringing a revenue of 1.84M $TRX. These numbers have doubled a day later on 29th August, suggesting an exponential increase.

Earlier on 13th August, Sun.io announced the launch of SunPump as a direct competitor to Pump.fun. According to data by Lookonchain, SunPump generated a revenue of $246.6k from the first 4,844 tokens launched on the platform.

SunPump revenue from token launches increases to 3,792,453 TRX

Data from Dune shows that the total amount of revenue generated from token launches on the platform is steadily increasing. As of 19th August, this amount stands at a total of 3,792,453 TRX.

At the same time, the number of tokens being launched is increasing rapidly. A total of 354 tokens were launched on the platform by 13th August. Three days later on 16th August, the number climbed up to 2035.

At press time, only 6 days after SunPump’s launch, 11,174 tokens have been launched. Many of these are derivatives or the TRON version of the existing coins on Ethereum and Solana such as PEPE.

Data from Tronscan shows that 232,746 new accounts have been created in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of accounts to 251,863,149. Likewise, the total number of transactions have gone up by approximately 7 million in the same time frame.
