Hamster Kombat will ban some players for this

In this post:

  • Hamster Kombat is planning to ban users for suspicious activity.
  • The badge appears as a green marker on a user profile, indicating unusual activity that could lead to a ban or suspension.
  • There are reports that Hamster Kombat could be banned in India, Pakistan, and Russia.

Hamster Kombat ($HMSTR), a blockchain-based game, has added a new “Cheating is Bad” badge to detect and discourage unethical conduct among players. The badge is displayed only on a player’s profile when the game detects suspicious activities.

As part of the latest update, this new card is identified by its green checkmark. If your card appears with this green marker, it might indicate that your account is under scrutiny, potentially leading to account suspension or a ban.

The “Cheating is Bad” badge is activated by the game’s system when it finds that a player used bots or other methods to earn keys or points unfairly.

Hamster Kombat has implemented this system to influence flagged users’ airdrop benefits directly. If a player sees this badge, the potential rewards during airdrop campaigns could be reduced.

Other than the platform cheating ban, there are rumors of the games’ potential ban in countries such as India, Pakistan, and Russia. However, it seems to be just speculation at the moment.

While higher authorities in these places have held conversations and expressed public concerns, the game has not been officially banned. In fact, it continues to thrive in these markets, with players actively engaging with it daily.

Hamster Kombat announces airdrop event

Hamster Kombat has announced a number of events, including an airdrop and multiple token listings, for the coming months. The airdrop for the Hamster Kombat $HMSTR coin will take place on September 26, 2024. The project has allocated 60% of the total $HMSTR supply to the player community, with the remaining 40% used to secure market liquidity and ecosystem partnerships.

The game intends to offer its tokens on major crypto exchanges such as Binance, Bybit, OKX, KuCoin, MEXC, Gate.io, CoinDCX, Bitget, and XT.com between September and October 2024. The confirmed listing on Bybit will take place on September 26, the same day as the airdrop.

OKX has also announced a listing for the same date, which has prompted enthusiasm within the community.

Analysts anticipate that the Hamster Kombat $HMSTR coin will do well initially due to its huge user base and strong levels of engagement. However, there are concerns about potential volatility following the airdrop due to the massive volume of tokens entering the market at the same time.
