Byreal introduces social referral feature in Real Farmer

Bybit’s social DeFi platform Byreal has expanded its flagship Real Farmer with a new referral feature that makes copyfarming more interactive and rewarding. Real Farmer allows users to pick LPs (liquidity providers) from a leaderboard ranking real-time liquidity positions and instantly copy their strategies.

Rather than a full revamp, Bybit said its latest update only introduces a social referral layer that accelerates user engagement and growth through community participation. Real Farmer is built on Solana’s DeFi ecosystem, and it now enables users to invite fellow farmers to explore, copy, and farm together. The update transforms yield farming into a shared social experience, and Liquidity Position rewards can be boosted by more than 10%.

Bybit unveiled the newly improved Real Farmer campaign during CCCC (Crypto Content Creator Campus), its global event uniting builders, creators, and ecosystem partners. The project is backed by seven official Solana partners, including SNS, xStock, CUDIS, Sonic, Suolala, Fragmetric, and Bedrock.

Bao says new feature encourages DeFi participation

Emily Bao, founder of Byreal and Head of Spot at Bybit, said the new referral program represents the next evolution and encourages participation in DeFi. Real Farmers combines transparency and collaboration, allowing participants to track liquidity positions on-chain. 

Participants can also observe leading LP strategies in real-time, adding a community-driven incentive layer that rewards users for collective growth. Real Farmer transforms yield farming from an individual pursuit into a cooperative experience.

Bybit said Byreal is rewarding liquidity providers this season with up to 100% LP fee giveback on eligible Real Farmer positions. The more the network farms, the greater their rewards.

Bybit explains how Real Farmer season works 

According to Bybit, users can open a position in selected Byreal liquidity pools marked with the Real Farmer Season logo (e.g., bbSOL, SOL-USDC). Users can then start earning trading fees and inflated yields. 

Meanwhile, every new farmer has to share a personalized link to refer others to join. The higher the referrals, the higher the rewards. Users can also share their statistics card to showcase performance and referral earnings directly from their liquidity positions.

The movement has launched with a Superteam Earn Quest, inviting content farmers to share strategies, memes, and community stories to earn additional rewards. Both Real Farmer Season and the Real Farmer Referral Program are currently live on Byreal.

The Byreal team says providing liquidity can be tricky, especially when it comes to choosing ranges, comparing pools, or estimating rewards. However, the Real Framer Leaderboard helps users track live positions and their performance to see what works. It also helps users skip trial and error by following proven strategies to save time. 

Real Farmer demonstrates how various strategies perform based on efficiency, pool data, and earned fees. In short, it turns LPing from guesswork to data-driven decision-making, according to the Byreal team.
