Bitget, the world’s largest Universal Exchange (UEX), has announced Anthropic as the third listing on its IPO Prime platform, giving eligible users a new way to participate in IPO-linked investment opportunities through a single account.
The offering follows Anthropic’s recent filing for a public listing on Nasdaq, with market estimates placing its potential valuation as high as $1.75 trillion.
Anthropic offering opens in two subscription rounds
The subscription will take place in two rounds, with different allocation arrangements, fees and settlement timelines.
The VIP Round opens from November 5, 2026, 08:00 to November 9, 2026, 08:00 (UTC), with a total subscription cap of $1 billion, an individual cap of $3 million, and a $100 minimum, subscribed in USDT or USDGO.
The Public Round follows, open from November 10, 2026, 08:00 to a day before IPO at 08:00 (UTC), with a total cap of $200 million, an individual cap of $25,000, and the same $100 minimum.
Both rounds accept subscriptions in USDT or USDGO, with final allocations subject to availability and the confirmed IPO timetable.
IPO Prime targets the retail access gap in pre-listing allocations
Anthropic’s anticipated listing comes amid strong investor interest in artificial intelligence companies. The company filed for its IPO on October 26, with its latest amended filing submitted on November 2.
While its final valuation and offering price have yet to be confirmed, the potential listing has drawn attention to the limited opportunities retail investors traditionally have to participate in IPO allocations before public trading begins.
Through IPO Prime, Bitget aims to address this gap by connecting eligible users with allocation opportunities through participating institutional funds and brokers. Subscriptions are processed according to the allocation terms of each round, with users receiving a full or partial allocation, or a refund of unallocated subscription funds.
“For years, IPO opportunities have been largely reserved of institutional investors and wealthy clients. We want to change that,,” said Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget. “Through IPO Prime, we’re making it easier for more people to access opportunities that were previously out of reach. Bringing these markets together in one place is what we’re building with UEX.”
How do fees, allocations and rANT settlement work?
The VIP round carries an upfront fee of 12%, with a historical allocation rate of 40-80% and settlement expected approximately three to five business days after the IPO. The Public Round carries a lower upfront fee of 5%, with trading access targeted for the listing date, although allocations are less certain.
Unallocated subscription funds are refunded in accordance with the offering terms. Following settlement, allocated underlying shares will be held through designated brokerage and custody partners, with corresponding rANT tokens issued to eligible users.
This structure is designed to connect traditional share allocation and settlement with tokenized access through Bitget, allowing users to participate using their existing accounts without opening a separate brokerage account.
The Anthropic offering follows Bitget’s earlier IPO Prime initiatives linked to SpaceX and OpenAI, expanding the platform’s range of traditional financial market opportunities as part of its Universal Exchange model.
