TL;DR

According to a recent tweet from the creator of BitTorrent, Brah Cohen, The TRON foundation still owes him the last installment from the proceeds generated from the sale of BitTorrent not too long ago.

Cohen didn’t shy away from discussing the issue on Twitter for pretty much every market participant to witness, for which he was later criticized by some of his own followers.

According to Cohen’s claims, the last installment is still in escrow but should have been transacted at least two months ago.

Many are still calling Cohen’s complaints unethical, as there was some cynicism associated with it, according to some of his own followers.

Naturally though, since Justin Sun is indisposed to answer every single tweet he receives due to the controversy he’s already embroiled in, the TRON Foundation’s official twitter channel posted a response from Roy Liu, the head of business development for the foundation.

Liu explained that the “cash” that Cohen was mentioning didn’t directly belong to Justin and that the CEO of TRON had already signed the release agreement.

Cohen was later asked to use private channels to discuss the issue further. This added controversy didn’t have too much of an effect on either coin’s valuation as most of them are now reacting to market sentiments rather than twitter arguments.
