Gujarat government partners with Intel for AI readiness

The Gujarat government has announced a major partnership with Intel to improve artificial intelligence (AI) readiness in the state. Per the report, the move is intended to increase digital literacy and develop AI skills among school children, professionals, and government employees.

The partnership includes several initiatives created to integrate AI into different sectors and improve governance and public services. By setting up AI labs and offering training programs, the Gujarat government and Intel seek to create a strong ecosystem for AI development in the state.

Launching AI labs and training programs across Gujarat

One of the main aspects of this partnership is setting up many AI laboratories across educational institutions in Gujarat State. These centers will be responsible for researching how to develop Artificial Intelligence technologies that are capable of carrying out hands-on experiments. The students will have access to advanced tools and resources which would enable them acquire practical experience thus coming up with innovative responses to real-world issues.
