The entire Ethereum Community Conference attendees have been urged to step forward and take the ravaging coronavirus test to know if they are now suffering from the disease.
This was revealed after Zhen Yu Young, who attended the conference and a co-founder of TorusLabs, said he has tested positive to coronavirus after the event. Zhen, in a tweet, told people who came in contact with him at both the ETHLondon hackathon and Paris conference to be cautious or go and test for coronavirus too.

The London event was held between February 28 and March 1 while the Paris Ethereum conference was between March 3 to 5th.
Ethereum Community Conference attendees: how suspects could have avoided virus scare
Since the outbreak of coronavirus, it has disrupted many world activities. Conferences have been suspended, large public gathering has been called off even sporting activities, and many football matches and tournaments have been put on hold because of the virus.
Many crypto conferences, including the Paris Blockchain week 2020, were already postponed till Dec because France placed an embargo on large indoor gatherings after February. But then the Ethereum Community Conference was exempted from this ban as the total people expected where less than 5 thousand.
London Blockchain Week in a similar manner was affected by the COVID-19 virus as many seats were empty, and stage presentations were reorganized to hold as live webinars. CryptoCompare’s digital asset summit in London, too, was affected as fear around how coronavirus spreads impacted attendance.
Other crypto events COVID-19 would affect
As a preventive measure and lesson from the Ethereum Community Conference attendees, other crypt events set to hold soon are being announced to be rescheduled.
Earlier this month, organizers of Hong Kong Blockchain week said the event would be postponed till September 28. This was after the Hong Kong Token 2049 conference was rescheduled until October.
EDCON, which was planned to hold in Italy, was also canceled alongside South Korea’s Nitron Summit 2020 rescheduled last month.
