Cardano’s Charles Hoskinson praises XRP for strong community, leadership, and purpose

- Charles Hoskinson praised XRP, highlighting its strong community, leadership, and purpose.
- Cardano’s founder also threw shades at Richard Heart and the entire Hex community.
- The possibility of a Cardano-Ripple partnership grows with the launch of RLUSD.
Cardano founder, Charles Hoskinson cheered XRP in an X post. He credited its leadership and dedicated community for having a defined purpose.
He went on to note that the project’s founders are free from controversies, such as fraud cases, that have placed some figures in the crypto space under scrutiny, including Interpol’s radar.
At one point, the Cardano founder was in a tussle with the XRP community and the Ripple team. Their relationship has since seen a dramatic improvement. Still, some online followers didn’t miss the chance to remind him of his earlier position against the XRP team, with one user commenting with a screenshot and a caption, “Say what?”
Cardano founder contrasts XRP with controversial Hex leadership
While these praises meant well, Charles targeted a subliminal message at Richard Schuele, also known as Richard Heart, the founder of Hex and PulseChain. Richard Heart was recently added to Interpol’s red notice for embezzling $12 million from users. The red notice follows the US SEC’s accusations of fraud and violations of federal security laws.
Hoskinson recently began discussing Heart’s red notice when considering his position against X users associated with Heart’s trademark. Yesterday, he stated that he has an ethical obligation to block any X profile associated with PulseChain or Hex. He noted that such users are divorced from reality, and also noted the danger of associating with them.
In comparison, the Cardano founder praised XRP, stating that it has clean leadership that is not scandalous. He also added that the XRP community is genuine and authentic with a clear vision and purpose.
Not so long ago, Hokisnson had serious problems with the XRP community due to allegations that the team behind Ethereum influenced the SEC to sue Ripple in December 2020.
However, Hoskinson made a pivotal move toward ending his long-term dispute with Ripple and the XRP community. He even took it upon himself to livestream an apology to the XRP community to reconcile in November.
