Is it true that if a fake Satoshi claiming to be the real Satoshi transferred any of the og #bitcoin then a fake Satoshi would prove he is #Satoshi?

Seems like a judge should just ask them to prove it by doing that – if they can’t then – nope – fake Satoshi.

Can’t that be enough proof that someone else has proven themselves to be Satoshi?
