Taki Games, the Web3 mobile gaming network, has successfully completed its merger with Unite and expanded to Polygon network. It’s also partnered with leading Polygon DEX Quickswap to launch new TAKI liquidity pools.
As part of its expansion onto Polygon network, Taki Games has merged with Unite, creator of popular web3 and NFT project Kungfuverse. The merger has seen former Unite CEO Weiwei Geng become CEO of Taki Games.
To support the introduction of TAKI on Polygon, Taki Games has partnered with Quickswap to establish deep liquidity. This will enable seamless transfers of TAKI between Solana and Polygon with a dedicated liquidity pool for Taki’s bridged token. This has been complemented by a TAKI/MATIC pool.
Taki Games initially made waves on Polygon with its web3 social product that reached 1M users. Its expansion to Polygon will support a portfolio of mobile games powered by the TAKI token while accelerating the convergence of web2 and web3 gaming.
The merger with Unite has seen Taki invest $2.5 million in fiat and TAKI to acquire two popular mobile titles, Bored Button and Mom’s Kitchen. Bored Button boasts over 5 million installs and more than 200,000 monthly active users while Mom’s Kitchen has 150,000 downloads and 8,000 MAUs.

TAKI is now live on Quickswap, allowing Polygon users to permissionlessly trade the token, provide liquidity, and begin exploring the web3 games it powers.
