The GTA V update by Rockstar accidentally had three leaked folders. The “Americas” folder is the codename for GTA VI, GTA V Gen9 folder, and a Red Dead Redemption folder. These folders were instantly reverted.

On Tuesday, Rockstar Games updated the GTA V PC version. Additionally, Rockstar Games Launcher also got an update to support anti-cheat BattlEye which can be switched on and off in the launcher settings based on the latest update.

A tweet was shared by Liam on X, about the accidental left-in data. The same account later shared that it was “more of a hook-up to the actual save data by the looks of it.”
