In the latest move, Ripple expands RippleNet by merging xRapid, xVia, and xCurrent into the features of the RippleNet offering.
According to the report, Ripple’s spokesperson stated that people would choose to connect to the network instead of purchasing xVia and xCurrent services, while people will utilize Ripple’s On-Demand Liquidity as an alternative to purchasing xRapid.
The spokesperson added that except for the names, only small changes had been made to the services and products. He asserted that these changes will not affect the clientele.
Ripple expands RippleNet with a different strategy
Ripple thinks that it has naturally evolved its strategy by changing its course from a suite of its services to offering a complete network to its clientele because of its growing user base.
The Ripple spokesperson implied that RippleNet is ahead of being just a suite of services and software.
On account of the rising controversies, Brad Garlinghouse, the Chief Executive Officer of Ripple has explained that the firm’s transparency has made the organization vulnerable to attack.
He also said that there has been a lot of false information, but he added that this is in part as the firm is a lot more transparent than its counterparts in the crypto industry.
