OORT provides high-quality industrial-grade decentralized data collection services to AI companies across borders in China. It has collaborated with leading Chinese AI enterprises, such as Shenzhen Intellifusion Technologies Co., Ltd.
This collaboration is facilitated by Shenzhen Data Exchange (SDEx). This is yet another advancement by OORT, which has previously lead a decentralized AI trend for global AI data solutions.
It is powered by the Olympus protocol for its multiple decentralized AI products, which include OORT Storage and OORT DataHub.
OORT DataHub is listed as the data tool service provider on SDEx. OORT DataHub helps Intellifusion through a global outsourced annotation model.
OORT and Intellfusion will use four types of datasets to train AI systems
Intellfusion is using OORT’s AI data solutions to train, test, and validate their AI models. This is made possible by the collection of industrial datasets. These datasets include images of professional respiratory masks and confined space ventilation ducts, as well as other industrial-related visuals.
The partnership will include four types of data sets decided mutually by both parties. The goal is to make Intellfusion’s AI systems smarter and more effective for use in smart factories.
OORT provides increased transparency, security, and efficient AI data workflows.
According to the CEO of OORT, this partnership “underscores the real-world adoptions of Web3 technologies in the AI industry.” Vice President of Intellfusion Zheng Wenxian recognized it as a “crucial support for Shenzhen’s efforts to establish itself as a ‘Global AI Pioneer City’ within the Greater Bay Area.”
In the future, OORT is also planning to offer OORT Compute as its product.
So far, the company has raised $10 million from big investors like Taisu Venture, Sanction Capital, and Red Beard Venture. Moreover it has also received grants from Google and Microsoft.
