DAppNode announces a “Nodes for Good” program that would support non-profit open-source projects.

DAppNode team noted that there were many open-sourced projects out there that were “working for a better world.” The team pointed out that these projects had little to no resources to support their cause. DAppNode team stated that such projects could benefit significantly from greater coherence within the community. This caused the team to research ways in which the team could support these projects.
DAppNode wants to assist the growth of these companies by providing them a regenerative environment instead of by financing them. The team wants to make such projects successful yet independent so that they can work for their cause without any interference.
DAppNode develops hardware and software solutions that provide infrastructure to many decentralized networks. Thes network can then operate without the use of virtual proxy servers (VPSs). DAppNode allows users to support their favorite projects by one click installations and optional auto-updates.
Now the company is looking to help non-profit projects by providing a better platform. The main objective is to provide an unstoppable censorship-resistant project.
Requirements for “Nodes for Good”
DAppNode team has set some conditions that such projects mush fulfill when applying for “Nodes for Good” program. The projects must be open-source and contribute to a better society by providing solutions through blockchain technology. The projects need to have a docker image and well detailed technical documentation.
All applications are subject to alignment with DAppNode’s vision.
