Nickel Digital Gold Institutional fund launched

Nickel Digital Gold Institutional fund has been launched by the renowned cryptocurrency investment firm Nickel Digital Asset Management. Based in London, the firm primarily deals in offering crypto investment opportunities. This is the second crypto offering by the firm in recent years.

Digital assets brokerage firm Copper has created a custom Walled Garden solution for the fund. It allows the investors to safely store and move the digital assets in between numerous derivative exchanges. Also, the Walled Garden solution offers enhanced security features, privacy, and delivers unparalleled order execution with minimal counterparty threats.

Nickel Digital Gold Institutional fund to empower crypto-traders

Cryptocurrency funds are relatively far and few. Not many institutional investors are keen to put their money in crypto as yet. However, Nickel Digital Gold Institutional fund is out to change such perceptions. Nickel Digital Asset Management has ensured that fund achieves maximum exposure and reaches more influential investors.

Chief Investment Officer at Nickel Asset Management, Michael Hall, said that Walled Garden solution from Copper had been a key driver of growth. It is an ideal tool for active traders to effectively manage funds, enhance trading efficiency, ensure investor safety, and securely move funds across various platforms. The company will be implementing the same solution for BTC management in its Digital Gold fund starting in 2020.

Walled Garden solution is the secret to success

Nickel Digital Asset Management credits its success to Copper’s Walled Garden solution. It uses APIs to connect directly to the exchanges and gives customers comprehensive security. In a way, the digital assets are secured by additional security and privacy layer. The funds cannot be moved arbitrarily by the fund managers unless they adhere to the cross-platform multi-signature approval process. Copper has partnered with many cryptocurrency exchanges to provide extensive network coverage.

Nickel Digital Gold Institutional fund will further secure the digital assets with Fidelity Digital Asset’s cold storage solution. The fund will help investors avoid the current BTC index-monitoring inefficiencies that plague the crypto market. Nickel also offers daily subscriptions besides mid-market NAV trading.
