El Salvador continues to buy more Bitcoin every day, and now holds approximately $349 Million worth of BTC. The president has been buying 1 Bitcoin daily since late 2022, with the purchases being recorded on-chain since March 2024.Â
In the latest post on X, Arkham Intelligence reminded us that El Salvador is still buying Bitcoin.

Based on on-chain data, Bitcoin is the only public asset that the El Salvador Government currently holds in its cryptocurrency portfolio. The country’s government continues to buy 1 BTC regardless of the price action, with the latest purchase being made 1-day ago at a price of $61K.Â
At the same time, its average purchase price currently stands at $59,358.
