Bitget’s UEX model shines at Wiki Finance Expo 2026 with two CFD awards

- Bitget received two major industry honors at its debut sppearance at Wiki Finance Expo Hong Kong 2026.
- The awards recognized the company’s growing momentum across CFD, digital asset, and multi-asset trading markets.
- Bitget doubled down on its UEX strategy, as the company spreads across digital assets and traditional financial markets.
Bitget, the world’s largest Universal Exchange (UEX), made its debut today at Wiki Finance Expo Hong Kong 2026, receiving two major industry honors that reflect the company’s growing momentum across CFD, digital asset, and multi-asset trading markets.
At the event, Bitget was recognized with Outstanding All-Asset Innovation Platform – Global and Leading Innovative Trading Platform – Asia, reflecting the company’s growing momentum as a multi-asset trading platform.
Bitget gains recognition for expansion beyond crypto markets
The recognition comes as Bitget accelerates beyond crypto markets, building a Universal Exchange model that brings together crypto, tokenized equities, commodities, forex, indices, and other traditional finance-linked products within one trading environment.
“Markets have never offered more opportunity,” said Lewis Huang, CFD Chief Analyst at Bitget. “Yet many traders are unable to respond efficiently across these markets—not because they lack ideas, but because their trading infrastructure is fragmented.”
The awards follow a period of rapid expansion across Bitget’s TradFi product suite. In addition to the awards, Lewis is representing Bitget across two speaking sessions.
He delivered a keynote titled “One Account, Global Investment: The Cross-Asset Trading Revolution in the UEX Era,” outlining how unified market access is reshaping the role of exchanges. He also joined the panel “Institutional Liquidity and the Evolution of Crypto Markets,” where he shared how liquidity, product design, and market infrastructure are changing as digital assets and traditional finance converge.

“The future of trading should be borderless, frictionless, and all-encompassing. When Bitcoin moves, gold spikes, or a central-bank decision shifts forex markets, traders need infrastructure that lets them respond from one capital base instead of moving funds through an obstacle course.” Lewis added.
Bitget’s UEX model connects traders across ecosystems
Lewis noted that traders may follow multiple asset classes as part of one portfolio strategy, yet still need to manage separate apps, accounts, wallets, onboarding processes, and capital pools. The UEX model can reduce that friction by bringing broader market access into one account experience, allowing users to act across asset classes with greater capital flexibility and efficiency.
“Finance is moving toward convergence, not competition,” Lewis said. “Web3 has proven the power of speed, digital ownership, and 24/7 liquidity, while traditional finance brings depth, scale, and market maturity. The next chapter is naturally about building a stronger financial ecosystem by bringing them together.”
Bitget is moving beyond product expansion toward a more integrated trading model. The recognition at Wiki Finance Expo Hong Kong 2026 marks another step in Bitget’s broader UEX strategy as the company continues to deepen its presence across digital assets and traditional financial markets.
