Bitget adds Aluminium, Zinc, Gasoil and four regional indices in eight-instrument CFD expansion

- Bitget has added eight new CFD instruments: Aluminium, Zinc, Lead and Low Sulphur Gasoil, plus the Hang Seng TECH, Taiwan RIC, Netherlands 25 and Switzerland 20 indices.
- The metals and gasoil contracts offer leverage of up to 20x and the indices up to 50x, with long and short positions available across all four Bitget CFD account modes.
- CEO Gracy Chen tied the launch to rising demand for commodities, stocks and indices, and to Bitget’s Universal Exchange strategy of bringing more assets onto one platform.
Bitget, the worldās first Universal Exchange (UEX), today announced the addition of eight new Contracts for Difference (CFD) trading instruments across industrial metals, energy and global equity indices.
The expansion broadens Bitgetās traditional financial market offering, allowing traders to access a wider range of commodities and regional stock markets within its CFD trading ecosystem.
Industrial metals, energy and four regional benchmarks join the lineup
The new instruments include Aluminium (XALUSD), Zinc (XZNUSD), Lead (XPBUSD) and Low Sulphur Gasoil (GASOIL), alongside four regional equity indices: the Hang Seng TECH Index (HSTECH), Taiwan RIC Index (TWRICC), Netherlands 25 Index (NETH25) and Switzerland 20 Index (SWI20).
The additions provide exposure to industrial commodity markets and key equity benchmarks across Asia and Europe, enabling traders to take positions based on regional economic developments and broader market trends.
The additions come as global markets respond to shifting monetary policies, industrial demand and regional economic developments. By expanding into industrial metals, energy and regional equity indices, Bitget is giving traders additional ways to take positions on macroeconomic trends beyond cryptocurrencies and major currency pairs.
āCrypto is only one part of what people want to trade today. Weāre seeing growing interest in commodities, stocks and indices, and our platform needs to reflect that,ā said Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget. āThese eight additions give traders more ways to respond to whatās happening across global markets. Thatās the direction weāre taking with UEX, bringing more assets and trading opportunities together on Bitget.ā
Up to 50x leverage across all four account modes
The three industrial metals and Low Sulphur Gasoil contracts offer leverage of up to 20x, while the four equity indices support leverage of up to 50x. Traders can take long or short positions depending on their market outlook, providing additional flexibility to respond to price movements across different asset classes.
All eight instruments are available across Bitget CFDās four account modes, ECN, 0% Fee, Pro and Standard+, allowing users to select their preferred trading structure.
Each instrument has undergone liquidity assessments and price stability checks ahead of listing, supporting Bitgetās focus on maintaining consistent trading conditions across its expanding product range. The new contracts are integrated into Bitgetās existing CFD infrastructure, with product configurations remaining consistent across all four account modes.
CFD push extends Bitgetās Universal Exchange strategy
The launch marks another step in Bitgetās continued expansion of its traditional financial market offerings under its Universal Exchange strategy. Alongside its existing crypto and tokenized asset products, the growing CFD portfolio extends the range of global markets available to users through a single trading ecosystem.
