Is it true that if a fake Satoshi claiming to be the real Satoshi transferred any of the og #bitcoin then a fake Satoshi would prove he is #Satoshi?

Seems like a judge should just ask them to prove it by doing that – if they can’t then – nope – fake Satoshi.

Did you know that you can prove ownership of a utxo by signing a message with the private key for that utxo?

This is what one (or many) bitcoiners did for many of the early Bitcoin addresses faketoshi swore to the US court that he controlled

Theoretically, he identified a Satoshi address and someone else proved ownership of it.

Can't that be enough proof that someone else has proven themselves to be Satoshi?

Especially if Craig signing a message would have sufficed for the courts, the opposite should apply too.
