Nasdaq-listed MicroStrategy has rebranded to Strategy, ahead of its earnings announcement. Through this move, the leading Bitcoin Treasury Company aims to reflect its focus on Bitcoin and have a broader appeal.
The rebrand comes as the company is innovating the “two most transformative technologies of the twenty-first century,” that is Bitcoin and AI, according to President and CEO Phong Le.

“Our new name powerfully and simply conveys the universal and global appeal of our company, and the value we bring to the strategies of our shareholders, customers, partners, and employees,” said Le.
According to the company, the new logo now includes a stylized “B,” which signifies its Bitcoin strategy and position as a Bitcoin Treasury Company.
