Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, developed by MachineGames studio, is confirmed as Steam Deck verified. The studio revealed essential bug fixes to optimize the game to mirror Steam Deck settings.
The developer revealed that the bug fixes will feature improvements. For example, Indy will no longer drop items such as his lighter after fast-fingered players rapidly switch equipped items with the d-pad while picking up other objects.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle was updated as Steam Deck Verified earlier today. A post from the Steam Community revealed that they have changed the value of the Texture Pool Size to a value that stops the game from exceeding the Deck’s RAM limit, leading to the device crashing. According to the studio, the fix allowed the game to pass Valve’s verification for Steam Deck compatibility.

The developer said those using DualSense to play Indian Jones and the Great Circle should identify improvements to the Adaptive Triggers. According to the developer, players should no longer get the unintended click sound when Indy looks at a friendly NPC.Â
