Question 1

¿Por qué Solv Protocol abandona LayerZero?

Accepted Answer

Solv cited "recent cross-chain hacks observed in the industry" and a completed security review as the basis for standardizing on Chainlink CCIP, migrating its entire $700 million tokenized Bitcoin portfolio off LayerZero bridges.

Question 2

¿Qué fue la vulnerabilidad de KelpDAO que desencadenó estas migraciones?

Accepted Answer

On April 18, attackers linked to North Korea's Lazarus Group drained 116,500 rsETH ($292 million) from Kelp's LayerZero-powered bridge by compromising RPC nodes and exploiting a single-verifier configuration that required only one forged signature to release tokens.

Question 3

¿En qué se diferencia la arquitectura de puente de Chainlink CCIP de la de LayerZero?

Accepted Answer

CCIP runs three separate oracle networks per lane, each confirming a different aspect of a transaction, with a separate risk management network built in a different programming language, so compromising one codebase does not extend to the others.
