The 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Online Main Event on GGPoker ended this Tuesday, September 23, as the final nine players sat down at the poker table to see which of them has what it takes to walk away as the new champion.
The victory went to Benjamin Rolle, known online as ‘Bencb789,’ who managed to secure the top prize of $3.9 million, as well as his first WSOP bracelet after a brief clash with another player, Anatoly Zlotnikov.
Rolle is known for being the CoinPoker ambassador and the founder of Raise Your Edge. While he also reached the WSOP Online Main Event in 2024, at the time, he ended up in 8th place.

This time, however, the German poker pro ended up winning $3,900,707 after an intense battle during the $5,000 buy-in event.
A Record-Breaking Event

The 2025 World Series of Poker Online on GGPoker made headlines earlier this month after setting a new record for most concurrent online poker players.
The milestone was first announced when the event passed the 500,000 player mark, but less than an hour after the initial announcement, an update confirmed that the number of players has reached 600,000.
Momentum Update 🚀

We’ve already surpassed 600,000 players online today.
Thank you to our incredible community for making this happen. https://t.co/uiZPvfWEa2 pic.twitter.com/8plJnZl9bo
Among the players was Bencb, regarded as one of the best MTT players in the world. The title is certainly well-deserved, given that he has managed to win over $35 million in lifetime online tournament earnings.
However, when talking about the main event of this year’s WSOP, he described it as the biggest final table of his life.
With the total prize pool sitting at $28.3 million, beating the $25 million guarantee, this was among the largest online poker tournaments in history. While it came close to beating the WSOP Online main events of the past two years, both the 2023 and the 2024 events ended up having a slightly larger prize pool, with the 2023 WSOP Online main event featuring a $28.6 million pool, and the 2024 edition having a $28.5 million pool.
However, while Rolle finished eighth last year for $651,921, the 2023 event was won by another CoinPoker ambassador, Bert “girafganger7” Stevens.

Following Rolle’s top spot at the main event was Anatoly Zlotnikov with a prize of $3,006,763, while Felix Rabas came in third with $2,318,640.
Settled in the middle of the pack, Daniel Smiljkovic, Marco Agustin Perez, and Santiago Plante all won between $1m and $2m, with prizes of $1,788,027, $1,378,866, and $1,063,360, respectively.
As for the 7th, 8th, and 9th place, they were claimed by Andreas Christoforou ($820,073), Amit Ben Yacov ($632,473), and Zengxiang Chen ($487,813).
CoinPoker Ambassador Making Waves
Bencb has been live-streaming across pretty much every major poker site, such as PartyPoker, GGPoker, and PokerStars.
More recently, he became associated with CoinPoker after accepting the position of its ambassador nearly a year ago, in November 2024, joining other major names like Patrick ‘Pads’ Leonard and Mario Mosböck.
He also won the CoinMasters event on the site for 17,000 USDT, and regularly hosts his own freerolls for new players on the platform.
Commenting on his association with CoinPoker and his decision to represent the growing blockchain poker website, Rolle said that online poker rooms need strong competition, and that he has sensed CoinPoker’s serious ambition that already helped it become an industry leader.
It is his hope that supporting CoinPoker would prevent any single site from becoming the dominant force and doing whatever it wants.
