Question 1

Winklevoss的Zcash ETF将收取多少费用？

The proposed fund would charge a 0.25% annual sponsor fee, far below the 2.5% fee on Grayscale's ZCSH.

Question 2

谁将持有该ETF中的Zcash？

Accepted Answer

Gemini Trust Company, the Winklevoss twins' exchange, would serve as custodian and hold the trust's ZEC in cold storage, per the S-1 filing.

Question 3

目前有多少家公司正在申请美国现货Zcash ETF？

Accepted Answer

Three. The Winklevoss sponsor is the third issuer to file for a U.S. spot Zcash ETF, after Grayscale, whose ZCSH launched on NYSE Arca on August 25, and Bitwise, which filed for a Zcash strategy fund late last year.
