Question 1

Что такое Cecabank и почему важно её запуск услуг криптокастоди?

Accepted Answer

Cecabank is a Spanish wholesale custodian bank serving over 100 financial institutions with more than €400 billion in assets under custody. Its launch matters because it is the first B2B custodian bank in Spain authorized under MiCA, allowing its banking clients to offer crypto services without building their own infrastructure.

Какие крупные банки США переходят в сферу криптокастоди?

Three of the four largest US banks by assets have taken steps toward crypto services: JPMorgan Chase is considering crypto trading, Wells Fargo offers Bitcoin-backed lending to institutional clients, and Citigroup is building a crypto custody platform its securities services head has called "mission critical."

Question 3

Accepted Answer

In July 2025, the OCC, Federal Reserve, and FDIC issued a joint statement confirming that national banks can provide crypto custody services as long as they implement adequate risk management and compliance frameworks.
