Question 1

Gopax said it acted on financial authorities' recommendation to protect user assets and strengthen security, moving all customer crypto into offline cold wallets after recent hacks and a data leak.

Question 2

고팍의 자산 중 얼마나 많은 금액이 콜드 스토리지에 보관되었나요?

Accepted Answer

Gopax held 80.54% of assets in cold storage at the end of September, the lowest among South Korea's major won exchanges and just above the 80% legal minimum.

Question 3

정지 기간 중 고팍 사용자는 어떻게 자금을 인출할 수 있나요?

Accepted Answer

Users must email the support desk at help@gopax.co.kr, and each request is manually reviewed and approved, so withdrawals take longer than usual, the exchange said.
