Question 1

Wann setzt Amazon den neuen Proteus-Roboter ein?

Accepted Answer

Amazon's testing the upgraded Proteus in labs now and plans to roll it out to European fulfillment centers in the first half of 2027. The company hasn't announced a US deployment timeline yet.

Question 2

Wie unterscheidet sich der neue Proteus vom alten?

Accepted Answer

The original Proteus only works in dock areas and needs custom software to run. The new version takes voice or text commands from workers and figures out its own route and priorities. It can also roam entire warehouses instead of staying in one zone.

Question 3

Wie viele Roboter setzt Amazon in seinen Lagern ein?

Accepted Answer

Amazon's deployed more than one million robots across its global operations, making it the largest warehouse robotics fleet in the world. The Proteus upgrade is part of that broader push into automation.
